Yesterday's Twitter: Nike (Victory)

From yesterday's Twitter, I saw this gorgeous detail from a statue of the Roman emperor, Lucius Verus. It is a winged Nike, or Goddess of Victory (the word "nike" means "victory" in ancient Greek). More at Wikipedia about Nike and about Lucius Verus, who was co-emperor with Marcus Aurelius.
